Return window
Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Personalized zodiac cards or custom inserts may have separate return limits.
Condition
Items should be returned unused, undamaged, and with all included kit components, cards, pouches, and gift packaging.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
